Dainty Crystal heart sterling silver ring

A lovely dainty 925 sterling silver heart ring, featuring beautiful cubic zirconia crystals around the top half of the ring. 

Your inclusion is lovingly hand set into the 5mm dainty heart. 

Once ordered, your inclusion kit will be dispatched out to you within 5 working days. Please take your time and give yourself grace when placing your inclusion ready to be sent to us, this can be a very emotional time. Once ready, please return your inclusion kit along with the paperwork inside, and send it back to us. We highly recommend that you opt to send it back to us via a tracked delivery method. Once received, we will also let you know. 

Turnaround time once your kit has been received back to us is 8 - 10 weeks. We will do our best to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible, but we will never rush the process of creating keepsake jewellery, as each piece deserves to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity.  

There may be unavoidable delays during the creating process, for example with jewellery material delays etc, if this is expected to occur, we would notify you immediately.

As each of our items are bespoke and made to order just for you, we're unable to offer refunds once your order has been completed. That said, if something isn't quite right, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we'll always do our best to see how we can help.
